This is an Agreement between You (the buyer) and KryptoFever.com.

KryptoFever.com, lists NFT, crypto wallet domain names that they own, via the website at http://www.kryptofever.com.

We’ve tried really hard to keep these Terms and Conditions (T&C's) as readable and straightforward as possible. If you have suggestions that can help us improve it, please let us know.

You are our valued customer. We expect you to be of sufficient legal age to be able to enter into binding contracts and provide consent to the collection and processing of any personal data (see our Privacy Policy - for details) that we need to provide services to you.

This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us. Combined with the Third-Party Terms, this Agreement is the entire Agreement between us.

General Terms

KryptoFever.com will update this Agreement from time to time, usually to reflect new obligations and policies arising from the introduction of new services. It might also be updated to modify or clarify existing obligations and policies.

You should visit our T&C's page from time to time to review any changes. We may notify you if this Agreement changes, or we may not. Any notification of any changes would be purely a courtesy and is not required by this Agreement.

 

Privacy Policy

Your agreement with us concerning the treatment of information we collect about you under this Agreement is detailed in the terms of our Privacy Policy.

 

The duration of this Agreement

To use this service, it requires US (KryptoFever.com) to create a listing for the chosen domain on Zilliqa Mintable (https://zilliqa.mintable.app), which is a Dapp (Decentralised Application - on the .zil blockchain) it is a marketplace that utilises NFT's (Non-Fungible Tokens) to verify ownership of a product for sale, and then through an Escrow type secure service, performs an Atomic swap of the NTF against a payment taken only in .zil cryptocurrency,
To make use of this market place it is essential that you have a ZilPay extension installed on your Firefox or Chrome Google browser, you create a ZilPay wallet or import your cuttent zil wallet into the ZilPay app.

KryptoFever.com cannot be held responsible for any failure or loss incurred while using 3rd party apps, services, wallets, or tools.

To make use of this market place it is essential that you have a ZilPay extension installed on your Firefox or Chrome Google browser, you create a ZilPay wallet, see the how-to purchase guide. create a strong password, download the Keystore/JSON file, and take note of your 12 Seed word, write them down somewhere super safe. ALWAYS only copy and paste your long alphanumeric .zil wallet address across, NEVER attempt to type it out, as errors can occur very easily.

Note: only you are responsible to link your .Zil wallet to this portal.
Your sole responsibility for all items related to your wallet.
You are responsible for your private keys, keystore/JSON file and for the 12 Seed recovery words.

.Zil and any BlockChain Domain purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Once the transfer process starts it is impossible to reverse or stop the transfer of that domain.

The Product

You are purchasing a human-readable crypto-wallet domain name that can also be used as a web3, unstoppable domain web address.

Configuration for both has to be done by the buyer.
The wallet, once configured, can be linked to 270+ cryptocurrency wallets.  (The domains and their functionality is administered by UnstoppableDomains.com - it is strongly advised to check their website for any additions and amendments to the functionality of the domains.)
The domain is sent to the Zilliqa wallet address that you the buyer uses. (Ensure a non-public exchange address has been provided- once the domain is sent there is no way we can reverse the process).

The domain name, in everyday usage, is always written and used in its lower case format (NOTE: on our site: upper case letters are used only to demonstrate the individual word for certain domain names). 

Prices

KryptoFever.com prices in BTC, but payments are made in Zilliqa, 

There are no yearly renewal fees for your blockchain domain name. The name belongs to you and you may sell and transfer your domain name to someone else or any third party.

The domain remains for sale up to the point at which the Atomic process commences begins.
KryptoFever.com has the right to cancel the sale, with the current buyer if:
(i) There is a delay by the buyer in submitting their .zil transfer to the provided address, that exceeds 2 hours after agreed to purchase the domain
(ii) At anytime before the start of the secure Atomic transfer process
(ii) If a higher bid has been received before the Atomic transfer process starts.
(iv)At anytime before the buyer's funds have been accepted by Mintable
 

 

Cancelling & Termination

You may end this Agreement at any time and for any reason by cancelling your purchase. Which will cause this Agreement to terminate.

KryptoFever.com can also end this Agreement at any time and for any reason.

If you terminate this Agreement, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid. If KryptoFever.com terminates this Agreement, KryptFever.com are not responsible for any losses incurred, due to the cancellation of the sale.

Third-Party Resellers
KryptoFever.com will list blockchain domains for Third-Party resellers from time to time.

For the purpose of listing the domain on KryptoFever.com, the domain has to be visible against the owners .zil address, as proof of ownership.
KryptoFever.com will link both the seller and buyers, from that point onwards the buying and selling of the domain is the sole responsibility of the individual parties, and we are not responsible for any delays, subsequent losses or for loss of funds.

Fees for listing 3rd party sellers domains
A one-off payment will be made for listing of a third parties domain on KryptoFever.com, the fees are dependent on the expected sale price, it may be a fixed fee or a percentage of the sales price listed, see fee structure.

The sale of the Third-party blockchain domain is not guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that KryptoFever.com ceases to trade, refunds for listing the domains will not be made.

If a buyer seeks to buy a third-party domain, KryptoFever agrees to send through the buyers details to the seller, whether the communication is received or not, is not the responsibility of KryptoFever.com.
From that point on KryptoFever.com does not have any responsibility, financial or otherwise with either party.
 
The Third-Party terms are part of this Agreement, and you are bound by them just as if they were included here. If this Agreement is inconsistent with any provision of the Third-Party Terms, the Third-Party Terms shall prevail.
Right to Limit Quantities Purchased
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased to normal retail purchases. From time to time we may limit the number of domain names, you may purchase from us at the published price. You agree that we may do so at our sole discretion and that our decision concerning any limitations is solely ours.

Jurisdiction

jThis Agreement is governed by and will be enforced in accord with the laws of England. 

Any action brought against KryptoFever.com arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be brought in the courts of London, UK, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement, is solely limited.
KryptoFever.com and its directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and third-party providers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We disclaim any and all loss or liability resulting from, but not limited to: (1) loss or liability resulting from access delays or access interruptions; (2) loss or liability resulting from data non-delivery or data mis-delivery; (3) loss or liability resulting from acts of God; (4) loss or liability resulting from the unauthorised use or misuse of your account identifier or password; (5) loss or liability resulting from errors, omissions, or misstatements in any and all information or services(s) provided under this Agreement; (6) loss or liability resulting from the interruption of your service.

You agree that we will not be liable for any loss of registration and use of your domain name, or for interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree that your use of our services is solely at your own risk. You agree that such services are provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis.

We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service or that defects in the service will be corrected.

You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

We make no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the service or any transactions entered into through the service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the service shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
