All sales are final and refunds are not possible.
We cannot stress strongly enough to ensure that when you create your .zil wallet, you have a copy of your Keystore/JSON file stored off your computer/mobile phone (i.e. on a memory stick or two) and that your passwords are written down and stored somewhere very safe. Without these two items, you are likely to lose access to your domain and linked wallet. The wallet password/paraphrase, 12 Seed words CANNOT be reset by us, ZilPay or Mintable.
